Customer Service

Customer service and player experience is our highest priority at every Vanguard managed facility. Each golf course property under our care is recognized as a leader in customer driven course operations. Our players walk away from our courses feeling welcomed, pampered and as if they are a course member.

All players are welcomed to our facilities from the minute they arrive. Our outside service representative’s goal is to anticipate our guest’s needs and assist with meeting the needs of every player. Each of our courses has uniformed player assistants that are friendly, informed and trained to handle any of our guest’s requests in a quick and efficient manner.

Our courses practice facilities are immaculately maintained. Driving range, chipping and putting greens and other player warm-up areas are professionally managed for a cost effective and time efficient course amenity.
