Vanguard Golf Management Acquires Coral Canyon Golf Course

Popular Southern Utah golf course becomes the first owned property of Utah’s top golf management company. Vanguard Golf Management acquires Coral Canyon golf course from SunCor Development Company.

Lehi, UT.(Dec.15, 2009) – Vanguard Golf Management in association with Eric Loveland Family Investments, Spike Properties, SageCreek Partners and other investment associates is pleased to announce the acquisition of Coral Canyon golf course located in Washington, Utah from SunCor Development Company of Arizona. Coral Canyon is the first owned golf course property for Vanguard Golf Management and its partners.

Vanguard continues to operate its golf course management agreements with Thanksgiving Point Golf Club in Lehi, UT, The Ranches Golf Club in Eagle Mountain, UT. and Sky Mountain golf course in Hurricane, UT. Vanguard is also a golf course management consultant for Sand Hollow Resort in Hurricane, Utah.
